Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits Policy At Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin, all bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment date and time. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Booking Procedure A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not secured until the deposit has been received. Deposits can be made via the accepted payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, online payment link, or in-person). Once payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation with your appointment details. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or failure to attend (no-shows) will incur the full treatment charge. In these cases, the 50% deposit will be retained and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. Medical or Emergency Cancellations I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend due to illness, a medical emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. In genuine cases, at the discretion of Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment rather than forfeited. Supporting evidence (such as a medical note) may be requested to validate the exception. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals (15 minutes or more) may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling, depending on availability, and may still be subject to full charges. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin. If Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin must cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new date or refunded if preferred. Final Payment The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid via the accepted payment methods.
