Children & Guests Policy

To maintain a safe, hygienic, and focused treatment environment, children and guests are not permitted in the treatment room.

  • Treatments require precision, concentration, and the use of specialised equipment; therefore, it is essential that no distractions are present.

  • For health and safety reasons, and to ensure the highest standard of service, clients must attend their appointments alone.

  • If you arrive accompanied by a child or guest, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a professional and safe environment for all clients.

Service Adjustment & Satisfaction Policy

At Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin, client satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Every effort is made to ensure you are delighted with your treatment and results.

Service Adjustments

  • If you have any concerns about your treatment or results, please contact Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Where appropriate, a follow-up or adjustment appointment may be offered at no additional cost, provided the concern is directly related to the original treatment and has been assessed as valid by the artist.

  • Adjustment appointments must be completed within a reasonable timeframe, as advised by the artist.

Satisfaction & Limitations

  • Results can vary from client to client due to individual skin types, lifestyle factors, and aftercare compliance. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, no specific result can be guaranteed.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, as the time, products, and expertise have been provided.

  • Any dissatisfaction should be raised respectfully and professionally so that it can be addressed promptly.

Follow-Up Appointments

  • Some treatments may require a follow-up session to achieve the desired result. These will be discussed during your consultation and are charged as per the treatment guidelines unless otherwise stated.

Consultation & Patch Test Policy

At Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin, client safety and suitability are paramount. To ensure every treatment is appropriate, safe, and effective, all clients are required to complete a consultation form and undergo patch testing as outlined below.

Consultation Requirements

  • A consultation form must be completed before every treatment, regardless of whether you have attended previously.

  • This ensures that all personal details, medical information, and consent are up to date for your safety.

  • Clients must disclose all relevant information, including any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent treatments, that may affect their procedure.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being declined or delayed.

Patch Test Requirements

  • A patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to any treatment that involves pigments, tints, or products that could cause an allergic reaction, unless otherwise stated.

  • Patch tests are mandatory for all new clients and must be repeated:

    • Every 6 months, or

    • Following any medical or medication changes, or

    • If a different product or formula is used.

  • If a client fails to attend or complete a patch test within the required timeframe, the treatment cannot proceed, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Patch Test Procedure

  • A small area of skin (typically behind the ear or on the inner arm) will be lightly scratched with a sterile, single-use lancet, and a small amount of the relevant pigment will be inserted into the surface layer of the skin.

  • The area should be left undisturbed for 48 hours and monitored for any signs of redness, itching, swelling, or irritation.

  • If any reaction occurs, clients must inform Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin immediately, and the treatment will not proceed.

Ongoing Safety

  • Your health and safety are always the top priority. Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin reserves the right to request additional patch tests or updated consultation forms at any time if deemed necessary.

  • Clients who refuse a consultation or patch test will not be eligible to receive treatment.

Age Policy

  • Treatments will not be performed on anyone under the age of 18, under any circumstances, even with parental consent.

  • Clients who are unable to provide valid identification upon request will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and the cancellation policy will apply.

This policy is in place to ensure that all clients are legally eligible to receive treatment and that Annie Foffano SPMU & Skin remains fully compliant with professional, ethical, and insurance standards.
